Does it look familiar? Well, to anyone who has owned a Mac, we are confident that it does.
The iPad's Dashboard will run widgets just as the Mac computers have done for years now. It is a smart move — there are a myriad of quality widgets already available for Dashboard, and by utilizing those existing widgets, the iPad will already have a nice "home" interface to work with.
Yet we can't help but recall when these very same widgets were one of the most highly touted features of Mac computers. Now — with the creation of the iPad — it appears that widgets will, once again, play an important role.
