Ever sat in a meeting and, for no good reason, couldn’t focus? Well now at least you have an excuse – an awesome excuse!
This amazing LEGO meeting table was created by ABGC Architecture and Design for Boys and Girls ad agency. Rather than being made to look like LEGO, it’s actually made of 22,742 individual LEGO pieces.
All those LEGO pieces aren’t held together by glue – they were done by hand. The whole thing is held together in a stainless steel frame and topped off by a nine-foot long piece of glass – presumably to stop people taking the darn thing apart.
The table was commissioned by Boys and Girls to convey a sense of playfulness without slipping into feeling juvenile. It seems they’ve succeeded admirably here – though you can bet some clever guy or gal will find a way to free all those LEGO pieces and use them for their rightful purpose: building spaceships.
