Facebook TV partnerships go international

Facebook is a global company, though the majority of their revenue is in North America. They hope to make an impact on the foreign income by getting in bed with overseas television partners.

The rivalry between Facebook Inc. nd Twitter Inc. over social conversations around television shows is moving overseas.

Facebook Monday will disclose plans to provide data about its users’ comments related to major television programs to 10 networks in eight countries, including France, the U.K., Germany, Brazil and India.
