Google takes maps into the business world

Google is finally going to make it easier for businesses to use Google maps, and they’re going to make a little money off of it as well.

Google is trying to get its Maps service used by more businesses, not just consumers.

The company unveiled Maps Engine Pro Monday, which lets businesses upload data into Google Maps to visualize and analyze it. The service costs $5 per user per month and runs on Google’s public cloud computing platform.
