With Steve Ballmer retiring, there is a ton of speculation over who will be his successor. As one commentator notes, the next one will have to face huge challenges surrounding a company with over $78 billion per year in sales but a reputation that is sliding.

Does Microsoft need co-CEOs to succeed Steve Ballmer?

Or does it need a benevolent dictator?

Would it be better served by a tech visionary or a good turnaround manager at the helm?
