McDonald’s is rolling out free 2Mbps Wi-Fi across China

Several McDonald’s restaurants in Shanghai already offer free 2.0 Mb/s Wi-Fi to diners but that number will rise to 1,400 restaurants all across China by next year.

With more and more public places in China getting free Wi-Fi as part of the government’s efforts to promote Internet usage, McDonald’s is also jumping onto the bandwagon to attract customers.

What do you think?
