The golden age of video game live-streaming is upon us

In the last couple of years video game live-streaming has become so popular that people are actually beginning to take eSports seriously. The most popular live-streaming service, Twitch.tv, was previously exclusive to the PC, but will now be available to next-gen console users.

It’s too soon to know whether Microsoft or Sony will emerge victorious from this round of the great video-game console wars, but it may not be premature to name the real winner: Twitch.tv.
