Here’s our first look at LeTV’s new smartbike

Whenever it isn’t comparing Apple to Hitler and teasing new smartphones, LeTV is releasing smart bicycles. The Chinese company’s new smartbike looks a lot like the Baidu smartbike that popped up not too long ago, although with some noticeable differences. Unfortunately, we have next to no information about the bicycle aside from the teaser images that LeTV released.

China’s LeTV is busy with a lot of things lately, especially with its rumored entry into the smartphone business. However, the company is also reportedly entering the smart bike industry and a few days back, it even confirmed this news with a new poster. Now, we have the first look at the LeTV smart bike, thanks to a recent leak. Interestingly, the design looks a bit like the Baidu smart bike that we saw earlier. Of course, there are a few differences like the spokes and even the seat placement. LeTV is launching this new bike in partnership with a bicycle company and Leie. The company will invest 50%, Leie 10% and the unknown bicycle company the rest 40% into this new venture.
