Apple might finally be killing off the 16GB version of the iPhone

iPhone rumors are a dime a dozen, doubly so when we’re this close to an official announcement. One of the more believable rumors that have popped up this week claims that Apple will finally be ditching the 16GB version of the iPhone this year, which means only 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB versions of the iPhone 6S will be released. With how many issues people with 16GB iPhones were having with the iOS 8 update, this doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

Today we want to say goodbye to the 16GB’s iPhone. Some Foxconn insiders confirmed that new iPhone 6s (and we think all “future iPhone” like iPhone 7) will have 32GB and more capacity. We can’t tell you from what Foxconn’s department we received information, but we can only say that the packaging of the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus don’t have sticker with “16GB capacity”, but 32, 64, 128. 16GB?? Some sources like Macrumors and MacWorlds (and others) confirmed rumors about new iPhone 6c with 16GB. Bloggers think that only new “rumored” iPhone 6c will have 16GB capacity, but all iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be started at 32GB to 128GB. According to the latest data, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be available in the China (like in U.S.) of Sept. 18. They will get the touch sensitivity display Force Touch, powerful processor Apple A9, faster LTE-modem with support for Qualcomm MDM9635M LTE Cat.6, NFC-chip NXP 66VP2, 2 GB of RAM and a 12-megapixel main camera with video recording format 4K.
