Hey, before you get all huffy over the headline, don’t call me an Apple fanboy. I don’t own an iPhone, and I’m not the one making this claim, yo. But allegedly, it’s true. According to a study by OKCupid, “iPhone users aren’t just getting f**ked by Apple”, and the dating site has crunched some numbers to prove it.
Apparently, according to the findings, 30-year-old iPhone users have twice as many sexual partners on average as 30-year-old Android users. Additionally, an age-to-partners graph indicated that iPhone users consistently lead in… er… number of conquests. The data is part of a more extensive study OKCupid did on determining the science behind one’s dating site photograph – that they were able to determine how many people were getting laid by how many other people was simply a side effect. Also, creepy.
So is this true, or suspect? Does your brand of phone really help you get freaky, or are iPhone users just the quickest to brag about their conquests? Or lie about their conquests? Does your phone really matter when it comes to getting the ladies (or the men)?
