Science says naps are truly effective

There are energy drinks and caffeinated beverages galore available at most offices. There’s a good ol’ splash of water in the face that often does the trick. We’re even offered candy bars or other sweets to give us sugar “energy”. The real solution to midday grogginess may be the power nap and offices in Japan are allowing their employees to go to “Sleep Salons” to get their nap on.

In this video by ASAP Science, they give a brief description of why naps of less than 30 minutes may be enough to get the most productivity out of people throughout the day.
