3D views of New York City using Google Earth.

Ever had a dream to walk through Times Square in New York City, but could never really find the money to get you there?

Google has recently added high quality street level photos to its Google Earth application that will allow you to take a virtual 3D tour of the city from the comfort of your own home.

I know its not the same as being there, but not only do you see images of what New York looks like, you feel as though you are the main character in a Grand Theft Auto video game while scouring through the city.

Not sure if its the smooth jazz saxophones, or the stimulating drum beat playing throughout the video, but as someone who has never travelled to New York, it gives me a first hand look at some of the architecture and layout of the worlds third biggest city.
