Facebook paved a road that sets strong expectations for Twitter. They bombed at first, then fought their way back to be a big winner less than 18 months later. Twitter may be able to find similar success or they may bomb. It all depends on a few things falling into place properly, according to John Koetsier.
When Facebook went public over a year ago, the stock fell flat on its face before recently surging with strong mobile results. But when LinkedIn went public, the stock doubled and has risen slowly but steadily ever since.
The question is: Which model will Twitter follow?
