HeyDay app creates a photo journal of your life for you

24 sec read

By using GPS to log your daily activity, matching your photos to the timeline, and looking up locations using Foursquare, the new app called HeyDay is able to create a photo journal of your life. The app tracks and remembers everything you do and everywhere you go in order to create a photo journal of your life which is presented in a neat grid.

Heyday for the iPhone is a little like the great (and defunct) Everpix flashback feature, which showed you photos you took on this day in history. Only Heyday goes one better: it doesn’t just remember photos, it remembers places, and weaves the two together into a rather neat little automatic journal.
