AMD has started sending out parcel’s to several reviewer’s hinting at the upcoming Radeon R9 290X2 Dual-Chip Hawaii based graphics card. The ‘Top Secret’ parcel received by reviewers is an interesting scheme which has also been used by NVIDIA in the past during the launch of the GeForce GTX 690 graphics card.

It’s not every day that you get an envelope addressed to you labeled Top Secret, only to open it and find altered photos of yourself accompanied by a cryptic, creepy question being posed to you directly underneath the image with nary a shred of evidence regarding its possible origin. Well that’s exactly what happened to me today. What you see there is an edited photo of yours truly, with my face sliced in half and mirrored, asking me “Wouldn’t you agree that two is better than one?”
