The Binding of Isaac is about as offensive as it is addicting, but while the latter is exactly what developers want for their games, the former is likely to do more harm than good. The game’s offensive nature prevented it from being released on the Nintendo 3DS back in 2012, and now it’s sequel, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, is facing a similar problem for its iOS port. However, rather than rejecting the game due to its “questionable religious content” like Nintendo did, Apple rejected it for depicting violence against children.
