Fortune’s list of the “100 best companies to work for” might as well include “aside from Google” in the title at this point considering how the company has just earned the top spot on the list for the fourth year in a row, sixth year all together. The company’s amazing treatment of new parents, of both genders, helped contribute to this year’s position at the top of the list.

Google has once again topped Fortune’s list of the “100 best companies to work for” taking the number one spot for the fourth year running. Some of the perks of working at Google that helped it earn the top spot, according to Fortune, include recently enhanced parental leave benefits and $500 of “Baby Bonding Bucks”: “The tech giant celebrates its sixth year at No. 1 and recently bolstered its parental leave benefits. New parents, regardless of gender (including dads, domestic partners, adoptive parents, and surrogate parents), can now get up to twelve weeks of fully paid baby bonding time. Google also provides $500 of “Baby Bonding Bucks” to all new parents to use during the first three months of their child’s life.” Other tech companies on the list this year: salesforce.com (#8), Genentech (#9), Riot Games (#13), Adobe Systems (#90) and Activision Blizzard (#96). Twitter also made its first appearance this year coming in at number 24 on the list.
