If you’re going to build something, you need experts involved. If you built something as big as the US government healthcare site and it’s just not working, you need the best of the best. Hopefully, the NSA isn’t going to be watching to see how they fix things.

Michael Dickerson, a site reliability engineer on leave from Google, and Greg Gershman, innovation director for smartphone application maker Mobomo, are among those helping, the Obama administration said today.
