Entrepreneur and accused pirate Kim Dotcom says his new music service, Baboom, will soft-launch today, with an artist page for himself. But it won’t have a proper launch until close to Christmas. As of this morning, Baboom’s home page was in a holding pattern; those who want Dotcom’s new album “Good Times” now can head for iTunes or Google Play, or stream it via Spotify or Rdio.

Kim Dotcom’s major “Party Party” at Auckland’s Vector Arena may have been cancelled, but the mogul is still going through with a “soft launch” of Baboom, the soon-to-be music service formerly known as Megabox. Baboom.com returns the placeholder above for now, but an official company press release states Dotcom will debut his Baboom.com “artist page” on Monday. This soft launch is intended to “give everyone a flavor of what’s to come when the site is fully unleashed in late 2014,” according to the press release.
