People have been talking about how Facebook is close to becoming the first serious competitor that YouTube has seen in a decade, but it’s not the only rising video-sharing platform out there. According to a report from Re/code on Monday, Snapchat actually generates more than eight billion video views every day, which is only slightly less than what Facebook generates. That’s especially impressive when you consider the fact that Snapchat has less than a tenth of the users that Facebook has but still manages to generate almost as many video views.
