Google on Thursday added 3D imagery to Maps for the greater Tokyo area in Japan, bringing one of the biggest metropolises on earth to the Internet. Despite being one of the most popular destinations in the world, mapping services don’t typically offer 3D imagery for Tokyo, likely due to its immense size and densely populated areas. But Google is no ordinary company, and Maps has certainly never been an ordinary service.

Ever wanted to skydive over Tokyo or walk the streets of the Japanese city with the Tokyo Sky Tree towering over you — with just a click of your mouse?
