The Segway revolutionized the concept of personal transportation. While it never really took off as expected, it paved the way for other companies to come in and build a better mousetrap. One such company that is trying to make a splash is Japanese-based Cocoa Motors. Their “WalkCar” is designed to help a person travel with a car that can fit in a laptop bag.

The WalkCar has a top speed of just over six miles per hour and can travel over seven miles on a single charge. It’s not just for little people, either; maximum weight that it can take is over 250 lbs. At $800, it’s a lot cheaper than most other vehicles.
