For all those who are tired of juggling business calls and still not getting things done, Business WhatsApp has solved your problem, not with a call centre team but with AI. It has introduced a calling option for large businesses too, which was previously limited to small ones only. You don’t have to hire a team to manage business calls, just let the genie of the digital world – AI handle it for you.

Furthermore, the voice message feature allows your customers to explain their needs more clearly. Previously, it was getting difficult to manage customers only through text messages; even if they clicked on a call option, they were redirected to the phone dialer. But now they can call you, and Ai will handle your customers in tracking orders, and guiding them on how to place an order as well. In addition, it can understand the customer’s query using the speech recognition feature.

Innovation hasn’t just stopped here; WhatsApp is also testing the use of AI to recommend products to customers. This sort of makes Ai a friend who is always ready to give you tips and answer your questions in mere seconds. As technology advances, problems do too. We are developing assistants to help us with our household tasks to business management, basically all aspects of our lives. However, we are ignoring a major con which is job layoffs, increasing day by day. It’s a great feature to automate calls and chats, but this was someone’s job that AI has replaced. This is not the first time; from robotaxis to mechanical handling systems in factories and ports, everything has changed. In this fast-paced AI race, humans are already left far behind but sooner than later, the problems of Ai are bound to catch up with us.
