We still have eight months before the new Star Wars comes out and Disney intends to make it as painful a wait as possible by teasing us with these awesome trailers. I though the opening shot was one of the most gorgeous, spine-tingling things I’ve ever seen in a movie trailer, then I got to the end of the trailer and things went to a whole other level. I don’t know how much more of this I can take.

The new teaser trailer for Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens, out Dec. 18, 2015, is here. It was revealed by director J.J. Abrams at the annual Star Wars Celebration event in Anaheim, California. Watch it above. This is another teaser trailer, to go along with the first, which was released in November 2014. A teaser trailer is literally that — a tease designed to get you thinking about the movie, but not a proper trailer, which would give viewers actual information about story and characters. Like the November teaser, viewers spend most of their time being introduced to new characters, like Rey and Finn, characters played by Daisy Ridley and John Boyega, respectively, who will be integral to the new film. But this teaser also makes time for old friends. The narration sure seems like it’s meant to be from Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker, and there is a very, very brief glimpse of what seems to be the hand of Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher). But there’s also the Millennium Falcon!
