Are smaller-sized tablets more popular than their large-screen counterparts? Given the popularity for devices like the iPad mini, the Nexus 7, and the Kindle Fire HDX, you would think so. However those are iOS and Android based devices, but in terms of Windows-based tablets, perhaps not so much, or at least that’s what Lenovo seems to think. The company has recently confirmed that they will stop selling their smaller Windows tablets in the US, instead choosing to focus on other markets where there is apparently a bigger demand for smaller-sized devices. What this means is that if you were hoping to get your hands on the ThinkPad 8 or Miix 2, you might want to hurry before they are removed completely from the shelves in the US.
