New patent shows that Apple may be developing a “smart home” system

Apple was recently awarded a patent which refers to a system where your home acts to make you more comfortable without you even having to ask it.

When we think of the home of the future, chances are we think of something like Tony Stark’s mansion or the home of George and Jane Jetson; a home that can facilitate our every whim, and all we need do is ask. It’s a fantastic idea, but it’s also one which Apple believes doesn’t go far enough.
