OnePlus shrunk things down a bit with the OnePlus X, but it looks like the company might be shrinking things down even further with another smartphone, and it’s not even sacrificing power to do so. A new smartphone from the company was recently benchmarked, and it comes with a 4.6-inch display, which would make it the company’s smallest smartphone to date. The most interesting part is that its specs are almost identical to the OnePlus 2, which has led many people to refer to it as the OnePlus 2 Mini.

The next phone from Chinese upstart OnePlus could be its smallest yet, but it might also offer flagship-level hardware. A new benchmark from the company suggests it could be working on a 4.6-inch handset with plenty of power under the hood. Specifically, the new phone packs a 4.6-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter and Android 5.1 Lollipop. Besides the pint-sized screen, those specs are pretty much identical to the OnePlus 2. So is it possible we’re looking at a new variant of the flagship phone. Maybe a OnePlus 2… Mini? There’s clearly still an audience hungry for phones that measure less than 5 inches across. After all, Apple sells plenty of its 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. Sony’s Xperia Z5 Compact also offers a similar setup, though the company’s struggled to break into the U.S. and other markets.
