Entering in passcodes or recreating patterns to unlock your smartphones takes less than a second in most cases is still a minor annoyance, especially when you accidentally mess up, are in a hurry, or aren’t in a position to enter in anything. Facial recognition and fingerprint scanning have been offered as alternatives with varying success but ZTE believes it has a better solution: eye-based biometric scanning.
