Can the Warcraft movie actually be good?

There has never been a video game movie that worked out. None. Go ahead and post your exceptions in the comments. We won’t believe you. They’ve all been awful. Blizzard hopes to make the first video game movie worth watching.

In terms of execution and perception, many movies based on games have come up short, but the Warcraft film will be different, Blizzard Entertainment believes. Speaking with GameSpot today at BlizzCon, COO Paul Sams explained why the Warcraft film will not suffer the same fate.
