Compared to 2012, 2013 was actually a pretty light year for UFO sightings. It wasn’t that there were fewer or that they were less spectacular. It’s that they were much of the same from the previous year, a slight disappointment considering that they’ve been escalating in both quantity and quality for the last decade thanks to YouTube and increased camera density. Just about everyone has a smartphone, right?

With that said, these are the best of the best from last year. Of most interest are the two separate triangular shaped UFOs caught on night vision cameras. The movements are pure and the camera qualities are better. It makes for interesting discussion points as to whether they’re real. If they are real, then it would answer one question – why we don’t see them more regularly. If more night vision cameras were pointed to the sky at all times, maybe we would see a whole lot more.
