Smartphones are wondrous tools, no doubt about it. They keep us connected with friends, family, and other things that are important to us. They also are great ways to be productive at work. On the social front, new avenues have been created to connect with people. It is an entrancing relationship, and anywhere you look, you will find groups of people situated head-down, looking at their phones. Is all that time we are spending on our phones hurting our closest relationships? The devices, coupled with a number of apps, may be proving to be very effective tools at help us cheat, or be cheated on.
