Lenovo Group Ltd. is actively considering a bid for all of BlackBerry Ltd., according to people familiar with the matter.

The Chinese personal-computer and smartphone maker has signed a “nondisclosure” agreement that enables it to look at the Canadian company’s books, one of the people said.
