MyGlass companion app for Google Glass briefly appears in iOS App Store

Using Google Glass with iOS is about to get far easier. Today, Google’s MyGlass, the companion app that lets users configure and manage the wearable device, briefly appeared in the App Store before it abruptly vanished for reasons unknown.

Google made its MyGlass app for Google Glass available for Apple’s iOS on Tuesday — however, just minutes after going live, its App Store page mysteriously disappeared. The link sending iOS users to an app download page (see below) now returns the message, “The item you’ve requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.”
