WikiPad 7, an Android gaming tablet with integrated gaming controls released during summer 2013, has been given a price drop. You can pick it up at Best Buy for $199.99 – down $50 from its $249.99 launch price – and other retailers will follow suit “in the near future.” Wikipad’s storage can be extended to 32GB, and pre-installed games include Dead Trigger 2, Shadowgun: Dead Zone and more. It also supports mapping touch-based games to the controller and will work with “virtually any Android game”.

Wikipad has announced that the new price for the Wikipad 7-inch Android-powered gaming tablet is $200, down from $250. The Wikipad tablet launched in June of last year. It features an attachable dual-analog controller and a 7-inch IPS touchscreen. The device comes with 16GB of memory with a micro SD slot to support an additional 32GB of storage. The Wikipad table boasts an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor and is “optimized for cloud gaming.” Wikipad also announced a new feature for the device, Wikipad Controller Assistant, which allows users to map touch games to the controller.
