Multiple Google Accounts? Relief May Be On The Way

I’ve written about the problems with maintaining Google accounts before. A lot. Sometimes on my bedroom wall, late at night in my own blood. To describe Google’s account systems as massively, time consumingly problematic would be unfair to massively time consuming problems.
But help may be on the way. PC World reports that they received a tip that next week Google may provide some relief from account madness.
Back in May they announced that changes coming soon will allow Google Apps users to access more services not currently accessible from within Google Apps, with the changeover starting in the Summer, to be completed by the Fall. Well, Summer is officially here.
Google’s products are great, I use many of them throughout my working day, and most of them are completely free of charge. That said, Google’s internal infrastructure leads to sporadic support for products as a whole.
I’ll admit, I’m salivating at the idea of logging in to a single Google account to access all my services, but I’m holding out until next week to see for sure. Keep an eye on the Google blog.
