Make way for more content coming to Pinterest: today the platform is adding Vevo music videos, which you can search for, share, and watch on Pinterest itself, on your own Pinboards, those of your friends’ or on Vevo’s. The companies are not disclosing the financial terms of the deal, a spokesperon for Vevo tells me. This is not the first video integration for Pinterest.

Vevo has entered an agreement with Pinterest to enable its users to pin their favourite music videos, original shows and live concert footage to their boards. Starting today, the music video-hosting service has added a ‘Pin It’ button to the sharing options alongside all its videos on Vevo.com and its iOS app. Users can select the ‘share’ icon underneath any video and choose Pinterest. After pinning it to the desired board, the video will start playing directly on the website or within the app. Vevo is the third video player to be integrated into Pinterest after YouTube and Vimeo.
