Samsung must prove that they shouldn’t be fined for leaking Apple secrets

The war between Apple and Samsung is in a constant state of “heating up”. Just when you thought that it couldn’t get any hotter, it does. This time, it’s a judge that is asking Samsung to explain their actions or face heavy fines.

A judge has determined that Samsung probably violated a court-ordered agreement to keep Apple documents secret, the latest snit in the epic trademark battle between the companies that started in the summer of 2012.
