Google is trying. They’re trying real hard to make their social network better than Facebook. In many ways, it already is, but that has yet to translate into social media world domination yet.

Yet.

One thing that will possibly help is their automatic movie maker. They take videos and pictures that you’ve accumulated and combines them into a single movie that automatically renders for sharing. The video below makes it look perfect, of course, but until we see it live in the wild and check out the results, there’s no way to know if the final product will make great movies or if it will turn out to be just another annoying, unused feature.
