During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Dapper, a technology platform and acquired Citizen Sports. During 2010, it acquired Koprol, Indonesia’s location-based social network. In October 2011, it exited Consim Info Pvt Ltd by selling 12% interest to Bessemer Venture Partners, Mayfield Fund and Canaan Partners.
