Kytococcus Sedentarius

In the 21st century, most people are aware that there are little creatures living in or on everything that we touch, eat, and breath. Microbes are a fact of life that many ignore simply because we can’t do a lot about it. We try to stay clean, use antibacterial soap, and wash things that come in contact with food, but what about our beds?

While nobody is suggesting that we bleach our beds every day, it’s enough to make us consider more strict cleaning practices, particularly on the very items that touch our bodies 8 hours a day.

  1. Actually antibacterial soaps are a problem, if not part of the problem, we need some beneficial bacteria to battle the real bad guys.  ” Beds  Ignored”, I think not, not for many of us.
