There’s still about a week to go before Microsoft’s first post-Windows 10 announcement event, which means there’s still plenty of time for leaks. Many people are excited to see the new Microsoft Band 2 and Surface Pro 4, but what’s really got everyone worked up are Microsoft’s first set of Windows 10-powered flagship smartphones: the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL. This leak relates to the latter of the two, and gives us our clearest look at the 5.7-inch smartphone with some nice press renders of the Lumia 950 XL.

A new render of Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia 950 XL has been posted to Twitter by Evan Blass. Microsoft’s product launch event is a little over a week away and the information about its devices is coming in fast through various sources. It was only a few days ago that images from an internal company presentation of the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL were posted online. As far as specifications go, the Lumia 950 will include a Snapdragon 808 processor, 5.2-inch display, 3 GB of RAM, a 20-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera, 32 GB of internal storage and an expandable memory card slot. The Lumia 950 XL will feature a Snapdragon 810 processor, a larger 5.7-inch quad HD display, 20-megapixel camera, and 3GB RAM. The Lumia 950 and 950 XL are expected to launch along with the mid-range Lumia 550, the Surface Pro 4 and Microsoft’s Band 2 at the company’s upcoming event on October 6. However, there is now very little left to unveil about the upcoming smartphones, which have already leaked on many occasions so far.
