We talked about the way that Domino’s pizza posts customer responses on their Facebook in a clever and effective manner. Unfortunately, most businesses are not in the position to be able to post in the same way whether it’s due to being a localized business or simply not having the brand recognition and customer interaction that the pizza chain has. The good news is that it can still be done well without being a nationally-recognized name.
People might not be posting as often to social pages or visit the websites of local businesses, but one thing that happens regularly for many is the online reviews posted to Google, Yelp, and other review sites. Some are good and some are bad, but there’s an easy way to highlight the good through social media.
Simply take an image and put the text of the reviews on top just as Domino’s did.
It’s not pretty. It should be but it doesn’t have to be. In this case, it’s a faded image of the vehicle purchased with words from a positive review. Simple. Not perfect, but good enough. You could do better. Don’t rely on the review aggregation tools that post to a tab on Facebook. Nobody ever sees them. Nobody.
