In a study conducted by McKinsey to evaluate the process of a consumer purchasing a smartphone, they chose 85 people around the world to grasp the procedure and what they intended was not to be scientific, but instead to find what our major concerns were when looking for a new mobile device and what our positive thoughts were as well, and to see if they seem to differ or if we all agree on the majority of issues.
