A waste paper processor turns paper into pencils

Office Waste Paper Processor

There has been great stride in preventing wasteful paper such as banking online and recycling (to state a few) however, we are still struggling to help the environment when it comes to what we receive in the mail. From flyers to unsolicited mail, paper is still being wasted and that means so are thousands of trees. Paper is still used in schools and offices and though deemed necessary, in some cases we literally just waste paper.

How about using a device to turn wasteful paper into something else, something that can be used repeatedly? Designers Chengzhu Ruan, Yuanyuan Liu, Xinwei Yuan & Chao Chen have created the P&P Office Waste Paper Processor, a processer that converts paper into pencils right before your eyes. All you have to do is input he paper into the machine and a pencil will come out of the side of the device. Once the pencil is used the same extracted hole where the pencil arrives becomes a pencil sharpener. Simply insert the dull pencil and once it is sharpened the pencil will come out.

There is a transparent window located at the top of the processor so you can see the led indicator and you can have settings from automatic to manual. Ridding of paper has never been so easy, and although computers are our primary form of communicating, we are always looking for a pencil when we need one.

The P&P Office Waste Paper Processor solves both issues, by helping you rid of useless memos, garbage piles and wasted paper; it also helps you have a pencil to write notes and memos to then be turned into even more pencils.

This design is ideal for offices and schools, or anywhere else we use a lot of paper and instead of it going to waste, we can reuse it by instantly recycling it into something useful, such as a pencil, making it easier on us and the Environment too.
