Martha Stewart discusses how much she loves her personal drone

Martha Stewart loves her iPad, and apparently she’s picked up a sweet new toy for it. Stewart says that she’s recently become taken with Parrot’s AR.Drone 2.0, a lightweight copter that’s controlled using smartphone and tablet apps. She wrote a short blurb about it in the May issue of her magazine, according to Yahoo, and she spoke with Vanity Fair about taking it for a spin around her farm earlier this week. “It flies all over my farm and takes pictures,” she says. “It takes wonderful aerial photographs.”

How Hermès kept its All About Women event in New York under wraps is a mystery. On Tuesday, over 700 people arrived at a vacant Wall Street building that even the previous day had looked boarded up from the outside, and found that the French luxury house had transformed it into a very chic fantasy world. Dancers modeling Hermès bags to a choreographed routine? Check. A “bangle bar” where women handed you glasses of champagne, their arms adorned with enamel Hermès bangle bracelets? Check. A “horseplay” room with vintage pinball machines and a mechanical horse that you could ride? Check. (Martha Stewartloved the horse.) A fortune-teller revealing your future based on silk patterns? Synchronized dancers at a pool? A woman in fishnets tap-dancing in Hermès riding boots? Check, check, and check.

What do you think?
