An early hands-on video for the OnePlus 2 has been leaked

With just one day left before OnePlus officially unveiled the OnePlus 2, this is our last chance to get our hands on some juicy leaks, and the most recent leak may be the juiciest of them all. An early hands-on video with the smartphone has been released which shows the OnePlus 2 being put through an AnTuTu benchmark test and gives us one of the best looks we’ve had at the device.

There’s only one day to wait before OnePlus gives its much-anticipated OnePlus 2 its official unveiling, which means there’s plenty of time for more leaks. The latest, an early hands-on video, puts the handset through its paces with an AnTuTu benchmark test. We already know that the OnePlus will offer Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 810 processor, combined with 4GB of speedy LPDDR4 memory. That puts it on par with handsets like the HTC One M9 and the Xperia Z3+ as far as processing power is concerned, and a slight edge in RAM. But that edge doesn’t translate into better benchmark results. In the AnTuTu test demonstrated below, the OnePlus 2 scores 49,221 points, which puts it ahead of handsets like the Galaxy Note 4 and the Meizu MX4, but behind the One M9 and the Galaxy S6. This could be because the Snapdragon 810 inside the OnePlus 2 is reportedly throttled to combat the processor’s apparent heat issues, which have been widely reported since the chip made its debut.
