Activity score
Live now
The public leaderboard currently weights published analyst reports, article output, follower traction, assigned coverage, and verification.
Methodology
We separate two things readers often confuse: the live leaderboard score, which rewards visible contribution and trust signals today, and the outcome score, which audits published market calls after enough time has passed to judge them fairly.
Activity score
The public leaderboard currently weights published analyst reports, article output, follower traction, assigned coverage, and verification.
Outcome score
Every report snapshots price at publication, then calculates signed returns when each time window closes.
Accuracy audit
Published reports keep their original stance, target, timestamp, and disclosure. Follow-ups are new records.
Leaderboard score
The current leaderboard is a contribution-and-trust score. It is intentionally transparent while the outcome ledger matures: readers can see why someone ranks highly, and analysts can improve by publishing useful, attributable work.
Published analyst reports
6 pts each
Purpose-built research with a ticker, stance, thesis, and price target.
Published articles
2 pts each
Broader TECHi editorial output from the same analyst account.
Followers
3 pts each
Reader trust signal; useful as a tiebreaker, never the whole score.
Assigned coverage
4 pts each
Active tickers or sectors the analyst is responsible for covering.
Approved analyst status
+20 pts
Identity, disclosure, and editorial approval signal.
Outcome scoring
When an analyst publishes a report, TECHi records the ticker price from the market-data provider available at that moment. Later jobs compute the signed return against the snapshot. A +5% move on a bullish call and a -5% move on a bearish call both score as a positive call because the thesis moved in the predicted direction.
Snapshot
We store ticker, stance, price, target, horizon, analyst, and publish time.
30 days
Early read on whether the call moved in the right direction.
90 days
Primary target-hit window and the basis for the accuracy bonus.
180 days
Longer-cycle check for durable thesis quality.
Signed return
Bullish gains and bearish declines both count as positive analyst returns.
Prices used are provider close or last reliable session values. Weekend and holiday horizons roll forward to the next market session.
A report that hits its stated target inside the 90-day window credits the analyst $5.00 in the ledger. Paid once per report, no re-scoring.
Readers can subscribe at Pro ($19/mo) or Elite ($49/mo). TECHi keeps a 20.0% platform fee; the rest routes through Stripe Connect.
