iPad, Ustream and Bon Jovi team up to live stream sold out Dallas show tonight.

Tonight marks a new step for streaming live music with the iPad. Apple and Ustream have teamed up and will deliver Bon Jovi’s sold out Dallas show directly to the iPad.

As it seems with all new Apple products, there always seems to be bugs with their first releases. I hope iPad users don’t get too upset if the feed cuts out right before the first chorus of Blaze Of Glory. Everyone will have to dust off their Young Guns 2 VHS tape and listen to that track on there.

The thought of missing a Bon Jovi concert may be devastating for most but I can’t see the pleasure of viewing it on a 9.7 inch screen. Just like the newly released Pad-Dock that magnifies your iPhone into an iPad, if live music streaming is the way of the future, a Pad-TV-Dock isn’t far away. Hooking up your iPad to a television to stream live events seems more enjoyable and worth the money.

There is an online pre-show that will start at 8pm EST and Bon Jovi is set to take the stage at 9:30pm EST. Click here to be redirected to the Bon Jovi Ustream page.
