There are energy drinks and caffeinated beverages galore available at most offices. There’s a good ol’ splash of water in the face that often does the trick. We’re even offered candy bars or other sweets to give us sugar “energy”. The real solution to midday grogginess may be the power nap and offices in Japan are allowing their employees to go to “Sleep Salons” to get their nap on.
