Productivity, or “getting things done” is the primary goal of the digital generation. Before computers, people actually worked to earn a living – now life moves so quickly simply organizing your to-do list requires the very best tools.

Enter Producteev2, a new task management tool just released today that promises a wider and more integrated reach than any of the other myriad utilities available. Free to individuals.

The concept is simple: Web apps are all the rage, but their workflows are complex and dynamic. By combining your productivity with the tools you’re already using, such as Facebook, Gmail and your iPhone, Producteev2 aims to simplify task management for individuals and groups.

How many times do you send yourself an email as a reminder for a task to do and then you end up with an inbox filled with clutter? Just send that email to task@producteev.com and Producteev2 will schedule the task and even send you reminders. E-mail too complex? You can just send a simple chat message to the tool through Google Talk.

The tool is cloud-hosted so that it can be simultaneously updated through the web tool or its corresponding iPhone app and the tasks will automatically synchronize. The iPhone app, which is also free, works offline and syncs in the background when the user goes back online; it also sends push notifications. It will be available for download on the iTunes App Store imminently. A desktop app for Mac will be available later this month.

Producteev2 even includes a built-in social gaming feature that turns your workflow into a funflow. Producteev2 shows promise for those working alone or in teams. Simplify your work or personal space, check out producteev.com.
